embroidered gifty!

I made this a year or so ago, and now I can finally post pics of it!  This is an embroidery of the revamped Phoenix Suns logo (a flaming basketball).  It's basically just a patch you can sew onto anything.

Most of the logo is made out of felt, but the yellow sun rays, PHX, and grey outline are embroidered.  I think this is my first project that actually had to look exactly like something (pressure was on).

This is what the actual logo looks like.  I have to say, I'm proud of the side-by-side comparison.  :)
